1. Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable unless the Singapore government mandates the closure of events in Singapore. 2. Patrons are encouraged to swap tickets or find replacement in case of emergency.

Conditions of Entry

1. Admission is subject to valid tickets produced at the entrance.
2. Each ticket admits one person.
3. Patrons under the age of 13 are to be accompanied by an adult.

1. In the interest of all patrons, latecomers will not be seated until a suitable break in the performance.
