Terms of Ticket Sales
- Once sold, there will be strictly no cancellation, exchange or refund of tickets unless the Singapore government mandates the closure of events in Singapore. All information given is correct at the time of publishing, but is subject to change without prior notice. The Promoter reserves all rights to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice, and, in the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.
Conditions of Entry
- Entry to the event may be refused if the authenticity or validity of a ticket is questionable, including if the ticket has been damaged or defaced in any way, or has not been purchased from Promoter/BookMyShow or authorized points of sale by the promoter.
General
- Please note that the performance's duration is 90 minutes;
- Mobile phones must be switched off or switched to silent mode in the theatre;
- No outside food and drinks are allowed into the venue;
- Patrons are required to follow all house rules and regulations set out by the venue. The House Rules are displayed within the venue premises.
Photography / Videography Recording Rules
- Photography is allowed using cameras without flash, and video recording is permitted. However, cameras with flash, audio recording, and other forms of recording are not allowed.
