[AFCC 2026 Public Programme] Open a Book with Sound and Touch

Please pre-register for the workshop here. In this workshop based broadly on a local children's picture book inspired by a true story written by Lee Seow Ser entitled "My Name is Ling. I am Blind.", the audience, both young and young-at-heart, will be guided and invited to experience sensorial and human-centric story elements to deepen their understanding of another's world－where Ling grows up without sight yet lives a life full of resilience and purpose, and with needs and dreams not so different from those of others.
