Synopsis
“What Leaves Us, Stays.” is a street dance production featuring a cast of over 100 dancers and choreographers, co-directed by Zamrey (Singapore) and Joseph Tumbali Jr. (Philippines).
Through powerful movement and expressive storytelling, the work explores the quiet yet profound ways our actions shape the world around us.
In a life that constantly moves forward, we often believe moments pass and fade. Yet the things we give—our time, care, knowledge, and love—rarely disappear. Instead, they travel through others, transforming, evolving, and resurfacing in unexpected ways.
Drawing on the raw energy and diverse vocabulary of street dance, the production unfolds as a series of interconnected moments that reveal how influence, memory, and human connection endure. “What Leaves Us, Stays.” reminds us that even after we move on, the traces of what we share continue to live on in the people and communities we touch.
